Guatemalan Consulates in Georgia
In the state of Georgia, the only consulate of Guatemala is located in the city of Atlanta. Guatemalans residing in other densely populated cities in the state, such as Augusta-Richmond County, Columbus, Macon-Bibb County, and Savannah, must travel to Atlanta to receive consular services.
This consulate provides a wide range of services including the issuance of documents, visa procedures, registration of births and marriages, as well as offering legal advice and assistance in emergency situations. The mission of the consulate is to ensure the protection of the rights of Guatemalan citizens and to promote Guatemalan culture in the region.
